Easy Beef Lasagna
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1-1/2 jars (36 oz) pasta sauce
- 1 box (1 lb) uncooked lasagna noodles
- 12 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2-1/2 oz shredded parmesan cheese
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup water
- Oregano
- Parsley
- Basil
- Deep aluminum baking tray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F

Prepare the meat sauce
- Cook beef until brown in skillet
- Drain fat
- Add in 1-1/4 jars pasta sauce
- Add in water
- Stir thoroughly
- Add remaining 1/4 jar pasta sauce to bottom of tray, spread evenly

Add ingredients in the following order three (3) times
- Uncooked noodles (break noodles if necessary to form a complete layer)
- Meat sauce
- Mozzarella and ricotta cheese
- Add parmesan cheese on top of final cheese layer
- Sprinkle oregano, parsley, and basil on top
- Tightly cover tray with aluminum foil
- Bake 45 minutes
- Uncover and bake additional 15 minutes, or until top is golden brown
