Chocolate Chip Muffins

Chocolate chip muffins in a red silicon muffin pan
These muffins are best when baked in a silicone muffin pan

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. Prepare muffin pan with wrappers (or use a silicone muffin pan, preferred)
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients (except the chocolate chips and sugar listed separately)
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together all wet ingredients
  5. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients
  6. Whisk mixture for about 20-30 seconds. Some lumps are okay
  7. Pour mixture into muffin pan cups, fill roughly 3/4 full
  8. Take remaining chocolate chips and sprinkle on top of muffins
  9. Take remaining sugar and sprinkle on top of muffins
  10. Bake 20-25 minutes, or until tops are lightly golden brown
