Chicken Parmesan
Ingredients

Italian seasoning
- Basil
- Oregano
- Rosemary
- Parsley
- Thyme
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- Breadcrumbs
- Olive oil
- Chicken breasts
- 1-1/2 jars marinara sauce
- 1 box penne or spaghetti pasta
- Aluminum baking tray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F
- Combine eggs and milk in medium bowl, whisk thoroughly
- Combine breadcrumbs and Italian seasoning in medium bowl, mix thoroughly
- Dip chicken breasts in egg/milk mixture
- Dip chicken breasts in breadcrumbs/seasoning mixture
- Place chicken breasts in a heated pan with oil
- Cook chicken breasts until outside is crispy
- Place chicken breasts in aluminum baking tray
- Coat chicken breasts well with marinara sauce, add additional sauce around them
- Top with shredded parmesan and mozzarella until little sauce is visible on top
- Drizzle olive oil in center of each chicken breast
- Bake until cheese starts to turn golden brown, approximately 30 minutes
- While chicken is baking, begin boiling pasta
- When pasta is cooked, drain
- Mix pasta with Italian seasoning and a drizzle of olive oil
- Serve chicken over pasta
